    By Justin Goldsborough | March 14th, 2010

Last Tuesday (March 9), more than 18 Twitter chat communities came together for the first-ever #chatmixer. The conversation was fast and furious, so if you didn’t get a chance to follow all the tweets that came across, make sure to check out the transcript for a deep dive. We’ve also provided you “5 to follow” based on responses to each #chatmixer question below. And make sure to check out this spreadsheet of Twitter chats if you’re looking for new communities to join.

Let us know the answers to those questions and what you want future #chatmixers to look like. The comments are yours :).Question 1: Its a mixer, so lets hear your best pick-up line. Who are you hoping to connect with tonight?

    Question 2: What’s your favorite chat(s) & why?

Question 3: From @rupertmike: What makes you stick with “your” chat? People? Topic? #chatmixer

Question 4: From #prstudchat: What topics would you like to hear more about during your favorite chat session? #chatmixer

Question 5: How do you extend relationships from chats beyond 140 characters?

Question 6: From #soloPR Is there a community around the chats you participate in? Which ones? What’s makes it a strong cmty?

Question 7: What new chat do you intend to try out next week?

Thank you to you, Valerie, Heather and anyone else who had a part in organizing #chatmixer — I thought it was a *great* event! And thanks for the #AptChat mention … I know it’s a bunch of folks talking about the apartment business, but we’re always open to outside views, so stop by and say hi sometime!

Justin, thx for the amazing write-up and thx for the link to the Twitter Chat Schedule.

I have been experimenting with the #chatmixer concept and just wrote up some thoughts. I hope you don’t mind I borrowed your #chatmixer image. :)
